We were more than a little honoured to have been selected by the wonderful Diane Orson as her chosen charity as the new Club Captain for Radcliffe-on-Trent Golf Club in 2024. The redoubtable Dizey is the first woman to hold the role since the club was first founded in 1909. During the year, she managed to raise an astonishing £3400 for Belvoir Vale including a sponsored 4 golf rounds in a day. Dizey said, “Its a pleasure to support Lesley and her great charity. I have seen with my own eyes the amazing job they do at the wonderful new Centre and how it impacts so many lives. They are a super team of volunteers with such wonderful and gentle equine friends. I wish them even greater success in the future”. Opportunities like this really are so important in raising funds for Belvoir Vale RDA that allow us to broaden the reach of the services we are able to offer.
