Say hello to Alfie!
At 12 hands high, Alfie may be the smallest pony in the yard, but he’s bursting with personality. This cheeky chap loves nothing more than playing with the big boys in the field!
Born in 2010, Alfie is a Grey Welsh Section A gelding with a wonderfully fitting Welsh name: Llanyfelin Seastorm.
Alfie joined our group in 2017, and he’s been a superstar ever since. He’s a firm favorite among our riders as a brilliant lead-rein pony. Alfie’s also a bit of a champion—he was Overall National Champion in Countryside Challenge (2019 and 2022), Dressage Class Champion (Intro Class, 2023), and Reserve Showing Champ (2024).
He may be small, but Alfie’s achievements (and charm!) are anything but!
